Matters what the definition of is is. Moisture? I say No, but I was sweating even though my head was getting so cold last night I starting to see star clusters and then the headache for the rest of the night.
My scientific observations from the seat of a bike have concluded it is. Can't seem to ride as fast or efficiently during cold weather as when it's warm.
