Just One Fix

Free Gas in Sioux Falls

By KSFY News

Tuesday morning, gas prices in Sioux Falls will drop to $0.00. But only for a short time... only at one station... and only for 10 gallons.

It's all in honor of the 2008 Allstate America's Best Drivers Report - in which Sioux Falls drivers were ranked #1 for the third year in a row.

The free gas will be available from 5:30am - 8:30am at the Get 'N Go station at 2401 South Louise in Sioux Falls. Drivers will be able to fill up with up to 10 gallons of unleaded gas per car or truck. Allstate Insurance will be giving away up to 7,000 gallons of gas for free.

Too bad Arnold can't talk more in his party into that thinking.

The music you attached to your post makes me want to go hammer some single track somewhere and I'm a roadie!

As my boss says when he is offered free stuff from Vendors. "I'll take the cash equivalent please."

We should have all pulled up on our bikes this morning and asked for cash :)

If that really is an Arnold quote, it's rather comedic. I won't claim to know all the ins and outs of the CA legislature, but I understand he is the main source of road blocks to expanding of intercity rail.

I don't hear people complaining, so I can only assume they either don't know this or think they have no use for trains. Personally, I'd love to ride the train to Tahoe and back instead of driving. They'd need better public transportation or car rentals up there though.

He said it last month regarding off shore drilling.

Perhaps he thinks, since it will take years, there's no need to start now.
